Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of StoryCraft Academy, including our website, learning materials, and community spaces. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing StoryCraft Academy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility: you must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the service only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of Content

Courses, lessons, downloads, templates, and other materials are licensed to you for individual, non-transferable use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, share logins, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or circumventing access controls is prohibited.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the service.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by our providers. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided course progress is less than 20%. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive chargebacks, or policy violations.

Promotional pricing, bundles, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional rules disclosed at checkout. Chargebacks may result in access suspension while the dispute is investigated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in unlawful, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. Respect intellectual property, confidentiality obligations, and privacy laws.

You may not attempt to compromise platform security, introduce malware, interfere with other users, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or created risk for others or for the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective implies acceptance of the revised terms.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, posting an update on this page). The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
